Our speaker, Hayford Riley Wilson, is a seasoned project management and contracts professional with extensive experience in Ghana’s public sector. He has served as *Projects Coordinator and later Contracts Manager at the Ministry of Education,* where he led major initiatives including the Secondary Education Improvement Project (SEIP)—overseeing the deployment of educational technologies such as SMART boards, laptops, and robotics across beneficiary schools.
With a strong background in project planning, resource management, strategic procurement, and contract oversight, Mr. Wilson brings valuable lessons on how to effectively manage project scope and closure for lasting success.
