Dr. Victor Abbey is a Corporate Leader, Security Strategy and Leadership Consultant, Mentor and Author with in-depth knowledge, understanding and experience in diverse corporate operational environments and perspectives (including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas industries, etc.) spanning over 20years.
He is currently the Security Manager at GOIL Plc and Chief Servant and Managing Partner of V5 Solutions Ltd and FV Global Consult respectively.
Dr. Abbey is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance (CILG) USA & Ghana; A Member of Institute of Directors (IoD) Ghana; Member, Accra Zenith Lions Club and the Host for the *“Leadership 360 TV programme on Metro TV (Ghana)*
Additionally, he is an academic scholar with:
- Doctorate in Business Administration,
- Master’s degree in Applied Business Research (MABR) from SBS Swiss Business School, Switzerland.
- Executive MBA, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
- Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) in Archaeology & Philosophy, University of Ghana.
- Certificate in Project Management, GIMPA.
- Certificate in Leadership and Crisis Management, Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP).
- Certified Trainer of Trainers and Specialist in Occupational Safety & Health management,

Training and Research (UNITAR), Geneva - Switzerland.
He is the author of the book “V.U.C.A World and the Future of Corporate Strategy and Leadership”, published and launched in 2021, and described by many Corporate Leaders as a Master-piece and a critical Strategic leadership toolkit.
