As we expand our national and global influence, PMI Ghana is searching for a high-impact, results-oriented Chief Operations Officer (COO) to spearhead financial sustainability, digital transformation, and high-value collaborations. This role presents a unique opportunity to transform operations, strengthen strategic partnerships, and position PMI Ghana as a dominant force in project management.

The Role

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) is responsible for strategic execution, operational leadership, and financial sustainability. Reporting to the President and Board of Directors, the COO will be the driving force behind:

  • Revenue diversification – Ensuring financial independence through multiple revenue streams.
  • Digital transformation – Automating processes and enhancing AI-driven member engagement.
  • Strategic partnerships – Securing high-value collaborations with government, corporate, and global entities.
  • Operational excellence – Strengthening governance, compliance, and efficiency.

 

Who we are Looking For

We seek a proactive and visionary leader with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of driving business transformation, revenue generation, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of executive leadership experience in operations, business development, or a related field.
  • Expertise in revenue growth, financial strategy, and business execution.
  • Proven experience in digital transformation, including AI-powered automation and analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of governance, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships and funding sources.

 

Compensation & Benefits

This is a performance-based leadership role, with earnings tied to measurable impact:

  • Fixed Salary Component – Based on achieving 70%+ of financial targets.
  • Performance Bonus – Earned for exceeding revenue, governance, and impact KPIs.
  • Equity-Based Incentives – Awarded for securing high-value partnerships and funding sources.
