Job Title: Manager, Member Services & IT


Reports To: COO


Job Overview:


The Manager, Member Services & IT is responsible for enhancing member value by managing membership services, professional development programs, and the organization’s IT platforms. This role also oversees the organization's social media presence and digital tools, together with communications and outreach teams, to ensure members are actively engaged.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Membership & Member Value: Manage membership registrations, renewals, and ensure member satisfaction through improved services and regular communication.
     
  • Professional Development: Develop and coordinate professional development programs for members, including training workshops, certifications, and learning resources.
     
  •  Platforms & Tools: Oversee the management of digital platforms and tools used to engage with members, ensuring they are user-friendly and updated together with the communications and outreach teams.
     
  • Social media: Support with the management of the organization’s social media presence, ensuring regular engagement with members and timely dissemination of information.
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in membership management, IT systems, and social media engagement.
  • Strong understanding of IT platforms and social media tools.
  • Excellent project management and member engagement skills.
  • A member of the Project Management Institute, Ghana.
