Job Title: Manager, Admin & Logistics
 

Reports To: COO
 

Job Overview:
 

The Manager, Admin & Logistics will oversee the effective management of the Institute’s administrative
functions, logistics operations, events, and internal communications. This role ensures seamless
coordination of outreach efforts and internal administrative support for all activities.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration: Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including office management, procurement, and document management.
  • Logistics: Manage logistics for all internal and external events, including venue booking, transport, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Events & Outreach: Plan and execute member events, workshops, and outreach programs to engage with stakeholders and promote the organization’s mission.
  •  Internal Communications: Ensure effective communication within the organization, including management of internal newsletters, staff updates, and other forms of internal communication.
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative or logistics management, preferably in a professional or corporate setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A member of the Project Management Institute, Ghana.
