Albert is currently the director responsible for the operations at Impact Tactics Africa Ltd, a Robotic Process Automation and Software Consulting firm. He is a member of a team of professionals with responsibilities spanning from inception through to handing over of construction projects awarded to the firm.
Albert is also the Managing Director at Seag Focus Ghana Ltd, a Construction Project Management firm in Ghana. As the Managing Director, he is responsible for the overall management of the firm. Albert has previously occupied the position of senior resettlement superintendent on two community resettlement projects for Newmont Ghana Gold Ltd. at the Brong Ahafo and Eastern Regions of Ghana.
Albert has supervised a number of building and civil engineering projects including the following: Community services infrastructure project under the Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) programme in Ghana, Community resettlement project for Gold Fields Ghana Ltd, Tarkwa, Demolition works and underground shaft rehabilitation works for Golden Star Bogoso Prestea Ltd in Prestea. Others included earthworks, buildings, bridges, and drainage works, water supply, sewerage and electrification systems. His construction industry experience is invaluable for fit-for-context project planning as well as implementation.
Albert is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over twenty (20) years of experience in construction engineering involving the supervision and management of civil engineering and building construction projects in Ghana, Liberia and Equatorial Guinea. He has a good knowledge of various forms of contracts and agreements for civil engineering & building works.
Albert is a member of the Institution of Technology and Engineering, Ghana (ITE), Ghana Institution of Safety and Environmental Professionals (GhISEP), the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association of Ghana (GREDA) and Institute of Directors, Ghana (IoD-GH). He has been a volunteer at PMI Ghana Chapter since 2012 and is currently the Immediate Past President. He is also a Chapter Conflict Resolution Mediator at the PMI Global Operations and the Client Relations Manager for Africa at Project Managers without Borders (PMWB). Albert holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the Robert Gordon University in Scotland. He is currently a participant in the PMI Leadership Institute Masterclass 2019 program and will complete in October 2019.
